At midnight tonight, fans will be treated to the first 2009 episode of Wizards of Waverly Place.
The installment is titled "Make It Happen."

'Yes Man' actress Zooey Deschanel is marrying an indie rocker -- and now we have a shot of her engagement ring!
The diamond ring is from star jeweler Neil Lane. Earlier this week, ET confirmed that Zooey, 28, got engaged to Death Cab for Cutie singer and Postal Service musician Ben Gibbard, 32, right before the holidays.
In addition to her recent engagement and acting alongside Jim Carey this year, Zooey also released her first album with her group She & Him, titled Volume One.
Is Britney Spears really dating Bollywood choreographer Sandip Soparrkar, as some celebrity news publications and sites have reported this week?
Are they planning on spending New Year's together? Was she even in India over the past week and a half? What is the nature of their relationship?
India's Daily Times spoke to Sandip Soparrkar, his business partner Jessy Randhawa, the hotel where Britney was supposed to be staying, security forces that would normally provide cover for a star of her status, and got to the bottom of it.
It appears the pop star was in fact there for two days, Soparrkar's partner says, despite the strange lack of any Britney Spears photos to prove it.
Any real ones, that is. There is this obvious fake circulating, which is actually an old picture of Britney and Neil Patrick Harris (see comparison) ...
As for the timeline of Britney's whirlwind trip to India, "She came in late Friday night. Saturday morning. She left this morning (on December 29) at about 2-2:30 am. She came, she rehearsed and she left," Randhawa said.
Asked for comment, Sandip strenuously denied having anything romantic to do with Britney - who he did work on "Womanizer" with, but who says he did not meet at Madonna's 50th birthday party this year, as the rumors say.
But then who’s spreading these stories and sending fabricated pictures like the one above - which was circulated via Sandip's own email account?
The choreographer points the finger at one well-connected person ...
“Larry Rudolph," Sandip Soparrkar said. "He is Britney’s manager, and he had come with her when she travelled here for the weekend, and he said he had issues with his laptop and his Internet connection was not working very well."
"He asked if he could mail it from my ID, so I said he could. And when he was working on my computer, I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what he sent.”
How can Sandip Soparrkar disown accountability for something sent from his laptop, his email, his ID, and not even see what was being sent?
“He being the spokesperson and manager for her, I don’t know what he sent. He’s kind of rude, so I didn’t converse much with him,” Sandip said.
“Larry had said he wanted to fuel certain things about Britney and get promotion for the video which will soon be released in Asia and Australia. So I told him if you want to use something to fuel, it’s okay, it’s fine with me, not a problem, but if it’s going to get a little too much, I don’t want my life to get affected with it, you know?"
When asked about the doctored picture above, and whether it came from Rudolph, he said, “He’s not even shown me what pictures he has.”
What about them “locking themselves up” for an hour, as the stories going around are suggesting? “We did, but for rehearsal,” Sandip saod.
But if Rudolph did spread the rumors, what's the point? Does Britney Spears need a story about dating Sandip Soparrkar to be in the news?
“No, but maybe she wants a little more push in India?” Jessy, his partner, said. “I don’t think it’s Sandip who’s actually doing this (spreading the rumors)."
"This is being done by the same people who spread the London story. People who are crazy about being in the media, they can lie sometimes. But he doesn’t have the power, if you’re blaming him. The whole country’s writing about him, isn’t it?”

When Dr. Larrian Gillespie, who has never met the actress, thinks of Angelina Jolie nude, she fears for the star's health.
“Angelina is at risk of having a stroke or heart attack, and because she developed gestational diabetes, there is a high risk she’ll have it again, with the child being at risk for diabetes,” Dr. Gillespie said to OK! magazine when asked if Jolie should give birth again.
Added another insider:
“Her previous pregnancies ended with emergency caesarian secions. She’s been told that, at the least, she should not get pregnant for a year after her last deliver, and it would be safer if she did not get pregnant, ever.”

Sandip has probably seen Britney naked ... when he choreographed her "Womanizer" music video. She was nude at the beginning. That's a fact.
What falls short of that classification is the rumor circulating that Britney just flew to Jodhpur, India, for a romantic three-day Christmas break with him.
Britney Spears and Sandip Soparrkar have supposedly been dating for three weeks, and allegedly exchanged homemade presents under the tree there.
“It’s early days but their romance is going from strength to strength," a source tells the UK's Mirror. “Britney and Sandip have tried to keep their reunion in India hush-hush as they’re determined to have a relationship like any other couple."
So we're expected to believe that Britney Spears just flew to India and back without any celeb news coverage? We're skeptical to say the least. There's also this hilarious (albeit likely made-up) quote about their Christmas dinner together:
“The pair were whispering and giggling all night... Sandy (as Britney likes to call Sandip) ordered local delicacies including chicken tikka and a cottage cheese curry. Britney was licking the dough balls from his plate. It was really cute.”
There you have it. Sandip Soparrkar may never be heard from again, but at least we've posted a quote about Britney Spears licking balls. Life? Complete.

So, how did Kim Kardashian earn the honor of Celebrity of the Year, despite her lack of notable achievements? Because she has mastered the Hollywood gossip game.
Unlike former BFF Paris Hilton, who tries desperately to make news by staging elaborate reality shows, Kim does... nothing. She walks the red carpet, she goes shopping, she poses with her family - and she remains one of the most searched for celebrities on the Internet every month.
The Hollywood Gossip published approximately 145 stories on Kardashian in 2008; that's one every 2.2 days! They included fascinating looks at her wardrobe, her thoughts on marriage and, of course, her sizable rear end.
Even Spencer Pratt - who is forced to fake marriages for attention - has to admire Kardashian's ability to be famous simply for being famous. It's a skill that has earned Kim millions.
Hence, for possessing large breasts, wearing tight clothing and simply living her life, we konsider Kim Kardashian to be 2008's Celebrity of the Year. Will she accomplish nothing and repeat the award in 2009?

But while this linebacker doesn't mind rushing the quarterback in her skivvies, the model draws the line at nude photos being posted on the Internet against her will.
Such is the predicament Berry currently faces, as she is suing ex-boyfriend Mark Dawson for publishing several nude photographs of her on his MySpace page, including one taken without her knowledge of her "engaged in a particularly private, intimate sexual act."

Shortly after the naked pics were taken, the couple broke up. Dawson sees no reason why this should preclude him from making the photos public.
"For her to say that these pictures were taken against her knowledge is untrue because she is smiling in them," Dawson told The Tampa Tribune. "She takes her clothes off for a living and tells people I am doing all this other stuff. What she's doing now is creating a drama because there are pictures out there of her."
Berry, who is seeking unspecified damages in excess of $15,000, disagrees.
"If I wanted to take my clothes off for a living, that's what I would do,'' she said. "There's not a photographer that has ever taken those sorts of shots of me. It's more of a privacy thing. It's not for everyone else to see.... I am scared of what he will do to my career."
We can't answer that question.
But we do have a pretty good idea of what this scandal will do for the search term Melissa Berry nude photos.

The Brangelina brood of six will be tough to beat. But Tom Cruise recently revealed to the UK's The Sun that he would like to have 10. Yes, 10.
The Hollywood star talked about how he loves being a father and why the 16-year age gap with his third wife Katie Holmes is not a problem.
“I want 10 children," the actor said. "I love kids. I feel really fortunate to have the teenagers and a two and a half-year-old. It’s a great dynamic.”
