Chanelle Hayes realy wants to make it a big in Hollywood.

The former UK Big Brother contestant is trying to accomplish that goal... by dating the smallest actor on the planet!

According to various sources, Hayes has been spotted around London with Verne Troyer. Insiders claim Mini Me is even trying to fulfill his new gal's dream and land her a part in the upcoming Austin Power sequel.

“I am such a massive fan of Austin Powers, I love those movies. If the chance came up for a part, I’d jump at it," Hayes said this weekend.

It was the first public appearance for the Oscar-winning former finalist on American Idol since the murders of her mother, brother and nephew.

The Alaksa governor arrived at the annual Alfalfa Dinner for Washington's political and business elite in an elegant black silk dress. A partygoer tells ET that Palin gave the president a lift of the eyebrow and showed she was a good sport while laughing at jokes during the dinner. Obama said he was a little surprised to see her at the event and gave her kudos for braving the crowd, the partygoer said.

Many of Obama's jokes were aimed at his chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, according to excerpts of the roast released by the White House. "It was actually Rahm's idea to do the swearing-in ceremony again," he said. "Of course, for Rahm, every day is a swearing-in ceremony," Obama said about Emanuel, who is known for sometimes using foul language.

"Rahm Emanuel is a real sweetheart," Obama joked. "Every week the guy takes a little time away to give back to the community. Just last week he was at a local school, teaching profanity to poor children."

Tom Brady, who?!?

Adrienne Bailon posed like a quarterback at yesterday's DIRECTV-sponsored Celebrity Beach Bowl. The event was held in St. Petersburg, Florida as a build-up for Super Bowl XLIII.

Bailon's team, which included Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, won the third annual contest. The Cardinals and Steelers are hoping for the same result today.

TomKat & Suri: Greetings from Brazil!

Giving a big wave to a crowd of fans and photographers, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Suri were spotted venturing out of their hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Saturday (January 31).

The "Top Gun" hunk and his "Dawson's Creek" bride arrived at the famed Copacabana Palace Hotel the previous night, as they're in town while Tom continues his worldwide press blitz for "Valkyrie".

According to the Web site of the O Estado de S.Paulo newspaper, "Cruise plans to visit several tourist sites in and near Rio before giving a press conference on Tuesday."

Following the press conference, TomKat will team up for a red carpet walk during the Brazilian premiere of "Valkyrie" before jetting out of town.

Looks like Lady GaGa lived up to her own song lyrics last night in London. Wow, she looks a little beat up after leaving Club Bungalow nightclub in London’s party district. I hope she didn’t find her keys. She holds her liquor worse than Paris Hilton, her new BFF.
