Kenyan police tell the Associated Press they arrested George Obama for possession of marijuana on Saturday. Authorities say they discovered one joint of the drug on George, who is in police custody.
Barack and George share the same father but they hardly know one another, says the AP.
Lutfi and Ghalib are ordered not to contact her.
Britney Spears has acquired a restraining order against three individuals from her recent past.
The Associated Press says court records indicate that the restraining order is against Britney's former acquaintance Sam Lutfi, her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, and a lawyer, Jon Eardley.
In the court documents, attorneys for Britney and father Jamie Spears (her legal conservator) contend that the three men have been a disruptive force in Britney's life.
The AP says the documents state: "On the first anniversary of the establishment of the conservatorship, the co-conservators are informed and believe that these three figures are working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears' health and well being."
The temporary restraining order against the three men forbids them from contacting Britney, her parents and her two little boys. A hearing next month will determine whether the order is extended.

Britney Spears' father has obtained three restraining orders - against her ex-boyfriend, her ex-manager and his attorney, according to court documents.
Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who oversee Britney's affairs as co-conservators, allege that the three men "are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears' health and well being."
Spears' father says Britney's cell phone records indicate "numerous telephone conversations" as well as text messages with her ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, and former boyfriend, celebrity news photographer Adnan Ghalib.

"[Britney] innocently informs [Adnan Ghalib] of her destinations and he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit," Jamie Spears says in court documents. "[Adnan] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery."
Her father also alleges that on December 27 and December 28, 2008, Sam Lutfi tried to contact Britney Spears through her hairdresser with the message that Lutfi was "not responsible for the conservatorship" of Jamie Spears.
The conservatorship has been in effect about a year now.
Sam Lutfi allegedly sent a text message to the hairdresser saying, "I've done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now."
The restraining orders forbid Sam Lutfi, 34, and Adnan Ghalib, 36, from contacting Spears or coming within 250 yards of her, her property or family.
Jamie Spears also got a restraining order against lawyer Jon Eardley, who was working with Sam Lutfi in challenging the conservatorship proceedings.
A hearing on the matter is set for February 23.
Sam Lutfi was originally slapped with restraining orders by Jamie Spears' lawyers before. But in July, a lawyer for the singer said they were no longer necessary to renew because enough legal protection was in place.
Last October, Britney Spears' father and attorney Andrew Wallet were named permanent conservators by the court, granting them indefinite control over her legal, financial and personal affairs following her two forced hospitalizations in early 2008.
If Jennifer Love Hewitt is in the market for a dorky white guy born on the east coast, there are a couple of staff members from The Hollywood Gossip she could call.
Instead, reports are linking the actress with The Ghost Whisperer co-star, ultra-geek Jamie Kennedy.

Last week, Jessica Alba engaged in a heated, hilarious feud with conservative nimrod Bill O'Reilly.
This week, the gorgeous actress is taking her fight to celebrity gossip website, TMZ.
Following a red carpet interview in which Alba advised America to "Be Sweden... be neutral" in various foreign affairs, the mean-spirited folks at TMZ posted the video and mocked the star's ignorance for mistaking Switzerland for Sweden.
In her latest MySpace blog, Alba stands up for her historical knowledge. She writes:
Last week, some really classy sites (i.e.TMZ) insinuated I was dumb by claiming Sweden was a neutral country. I appreciate the fact that gossip sites are inundated with intelligent reporting, but seriously people...it's so sad to me that you think the only neutral country during WWII was Switzerland. TMZ, insecure as it is, just had to fire back at Alba, posting the following earlier today:

Ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne of the Bahamas - the second suspect in the John Travolta extortion case - was charged Monday with attempting to extort and conspiracy to commit extortion against the actor, according to reports.
Lightbourne, 47, allegedly tried to extort $25 million from John Travolta and his family - for what, we don't know. At his arraignment, he pleaded not guilty.
The details of the alleged extortion plot - which involved Travolta's late son, Jett Travolta, 16, who died earlier this month - have still not been made public.
Authorities also arrested Sen. Pleasant Bridgewater on charges of abetment to extort and conspiracy to extort. She was released Friday on $40,000 bail. Bridgewater - who has since resigned - said she plans to fight "untrue and unfair charges."
Lastly, the cops had detained former tourism minister Obie Wilchcombe, but he "has not been charged," at this time, says Minister of National Security Tommy Turnquest. "He was not arrested; he was questioned on Friday."
In an interview, Obie Wilchcombe, a longtime friend of Travolta, denied any criminal involvement and said he was only trying to help the actor and his family.
Lightbourne was quoted in celebrity news reports about trying to revive Jett Travolta, who died at the family's vacation home in Grand Bahama January 2.

Katie Stam was crowned Miss America last night, fighting off a throat infection, laryngitis and, of course, 51 other contestants to win the competition.
The 22-year-old University of Indianapolis student is the first Hoosier State native to earn this title.
Among her highlights on the evening: Stam belted out a rendition of "Via Dolorosa" during the talent portion; while she lambasted the use of performance-enhancing drugs among professional athletes and defined "glamor" during her interview.
"That beauty that you feel on the inside, it's that confidence, that radiance inside of you, that's what glamour is," Stam said.
Stam earned a $50,000 scholarship for her victory. She wants to obtain a bachelor's degree in communications and become a television news anchor.
Britain's Prince Harry has broken up with his girlfriend Chelsy Davy after a five-year relationship.
The 24-year-old prince's split with Chelsey, 23, came just three weeks after the couple spent a romantic holiday together in the island nation of Mauritius, People magazine quotes a Buckingham Palace source as saying. The source described the breakup as amicable.
The two met through mutual friends in 2004 and conducted a long-distance relationship for several years while Chelsy studied in South Africa and Harry attended a British military academy.
